Separate one bedroom guest house with private entrance at the back of our single family home in the Burbank Glendale Rancho neighborhood. Light and airy with double french doors. Full private kitchen and bath, separate bedroom with a queen bed, and couch in the living room that converts to a full sized bed. Wireless internet and DirecTV on a smart flatscreen. Central A/C and heat. Our family lives in the main house, and our chickens and cats may visit the shared back patio during the day.
Los Angeles Zoo, Universal Studios, Warner Bros Disney Studios, and Dreamworks. Enjoy the active neighborhood with runners, cyclists, and horseback riders. Mexican, Thai, Cuban, BBQ, and Cafe restaurants within walking distance. Freeway close to the 5 and 134.
The Rancho neighborhood is close to business centers and transportation, but has a distinctly rural feel at times with the sounds of horses and chickens. There is also a flock of wild parrots, and nighttime visits by raccoons, opossums, and sometimes skunks.
We provide a clean environment on our property for guests allergic to cigarette smoke, and so we must decline reservations from smokers. Our check in time is 4:00 p.m and check out is at 11:00 a.m.
