The Space:
This is a 1940's remodeled bungalow. The furnishings include a king bed, comfy seating the living room , games and even a photo wall! The wifi is fast and you can count on an always cozy atmosphere with central heating and air. The backyard is equipped with canopy covered seating, string lighting and an open area for hanging out.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

-Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small.

The Neighborhood:
Oak Park is a rapidly gentrifying area. The area is generally quiet, but the home is near the freeway and there is a slight bustle of passing cars during the day. The house is about a 3 minute walk from the always fun broadway triangle; an area with great shops, breweries, GREAT FOOD and a kick ass bookstore. I love the Plant Foundry (nursery and garden) and i think you might, too.
Also, if you're stopping by in the Summer months (May - September) I highly recommend a visit to Oak Park Gather- a neighborhood event featuring local food and beverage vendors, cool crafts AND live music!
Getting Around:
If you get the chance, try the city's newest form of transit - electric bike sharing! JUMP Bikes are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Of course Uber and Lyft are everywhere too!

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
