This spacious 3000 sq-ft, 5-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Temecula's Wine Country and its many award-winning restaurants. Our 'Champagne and Sunshine' offers more than a stunning place to sleep, but a place to make lasting memories with your family and friends. Does someone like to cook? We have options! Cook up some delicious breakfast in our fully stocked kitchen, including pots, pans, plates, and basic cooking equipment, or turn on the outdoor BBQ to cook up some burgers while others lay around on one of the many lawn chairs wrapped around the incredible pool. Enjoy a glass of local wine while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Did we mention complimentary coffee? Yes, pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea anytime throughout the day, and spruce it up with creamer and sugar, also provided for you at the home.
‘Champagne and Sunshine’ can comfortably sleep 10 guests with two large indoor living spaces, and a comfortable outside space to entertain. The home has three rooms with king beds, One room with a queen bed, and another room with twin bunk beds, each room has hotel-quality linen supplied. All bathrooms are stocked with hotel-like provisions as well, including towels, shampoo, soap, and a blow dryer.
This vacation rental offers guests the added fun of a large 'Connect 4' game as well as a Croquet set - perfect for enjoying some friendly competition and outdoor entertainment during your stay!

-The price of the home includes 3 hours of jacuzzi heating nightly. Additional time is $50 per hour.
