The space:
Ranch house is on a 5 acre property. The rest of the property is leased for purpose of the equine ranch. There will be other people on the property, but not on the private, fenced-off portion. (About 1/3 acre). Guests have access to guided trail rides and horse lessons at an additional cost and must be approved by the ranch manager. Guests can also feed and pet the animals on the ranch only with permission and supervision of the ranch manager.
Guest access:
Guests can only access the home and immediate fenced off yards surrounding the home. The rest of the property is OFF LIMITS to guests. Guests can request permission to see the rest of the ranch and the animals with permission from the ranch manager or the property owner.
Other things to note:
Within 5 minutes of driving is the Diamond Valley Lake, the Valley Wide Water Park, and the museum. Within 10 minutes of driving is the town-center of Menifee, CA restaurants and shopping.
