Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to many Sacramento attractions:
Old Sacramento Waterfront: Just a 15-minute drive away, this historic area offers a charming mix of shops, restaurants, and cultural events.
Sacramento Zoo: A family-friendly destination located about a 10-minute drive away. California State Capitol Museum: Immerse yourself in California history, just a 12-minute drive away.
Midtown Sacramento: Enjoy a vibrant nightlife and great restaurants, just a 10-minute drive away.
McKinley Park: Enjoy 31 acres of green space, perfect for a family outing, just a 5-minute drive away.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- No smoke inside of the property (if guests smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We are required to take out the shoes inside of the property, especially on the second floor.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)
- We have ring doorbell cameras for security reasons.
