The house is a perfect place to call home in the Bay Area. We deep clean and sanitize between guests. Our cottage is completely remodeled in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to S.F., hospitals, Universities and tech industry. Kitchen and bathrooms have heated floors and towel warmers. The primary bedroom has a new king bed and en-suite bathroom with no-threshold shower lit by Brazilian labradorite granite. Additional bedroom has new Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over tub. Lovely private garden is completely fenced. We love animals with responsible humans.

There is a pantry/laundry shed off the kitchen with new W/D with sanitize settings and extra freezer/fridge. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, which works well for sharing the house with family and friends. The living room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home. Bedrooms have medium firm, top quality, king and queen mattresses and organic linens. Both bathrooms have been remodeled.
