Large, San Francisco Classic Victorian detached house in a great, sunny neighborhood. Built in 1905 the house is very unique in that the interior is built entirely of very ornate pressed tin; all walls and ceilings! Two floors. Very large formal dining room. Great for dinner parties. Huge great room/kitchen. Sunny backyard. Park and cafe half block away. Walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife. 15-20 minute walk to BART/subway to downtown. Parking in driveway. The space
This is a two story house, spacious with a nice backyard deck. Large common areas including a large kitchen with an attached/open great room.
Guest access
I basically leave guests to themselves although I am available by phone or text to answer questions, etc.
Interaction with guests
I like to give my guests privacy and space.
I will not be in the house but will likely be in the city during your stay. If you need anything, or anything should arise, I am available by text or phone and could some by quickly if need be.
Other things to note
There is a separate in-law in the below the main house. Myself or another guest may be staying there. There is no interaction between the two but please be mindful that they might hear footsteps, loud noises, etc below the great room.
