Upon entering, you will find the rustic first-floor den including a large Smart TV, cozy sofa, and closet with numerous beach/outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The first floor also includes 3 unique bedrooms each equipped with extremely comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space.
Moving up to the expansive second floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with panoramic views of the ocean, park, and harbor. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and large balcony with built-in BBQ. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and walk-in closet.
Finally, we move up to the luxurious third-floor master suite. This newly remodeled area contains a private lounge with a wet bar, Smart TV, and beautiful city/mountain view.
