You will be in a private, gated community 26 miles from Yosemite National Park and you will also have access to a beautiful and fun lake where you can spend afternoons enjoying the beach at the marina or fishing at Fisherman's Cove, as well as access to the shared tennis courts, a championship golf course, seasonal pool, gun range, horseback riding opportunities at the equestrian center and hiking trails throughout.
Groveland is a quaint, historic mining town, with a great little downtown area that includes restaurants, shops, coffee shop, a park, library, and a museum. Along the main strip you will also see the Iron Door Saloon, which is California's oldest continuously operating saloon. It is a great place to see some of Groveland’s rich history and it is also a restaurant, so it is family friendly. Nearby attractions include Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne River, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Mercer Caverns, Sonora Casinos, and so much more! In the summer months there are rafting and kayaking tours nearby and in the winter, skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed on the slopes at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort just 54 miles (87 km) away.

3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Approximately 2,100 square feet. All bath towels and linens are included at no extra cost. Please note, there is no smoking anywhere on the premises. No exceptions.

Open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room which is great for having everyone together at all times. Large back deck with gorgeous views of the trees and the lake in the distance. The house sits on two acres so it is private and peaceful. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the lake or hiking. There is a propane bbq on the back deck for you to enjoy and propane is provided at no additional cost.
