Deposit is $500. you can process it upon booking confirmation. it will be refunded after check-out once guests comply with the house rules and there are no damages, check-in is 4:00 pm or later. early check-in is subject to availability. please check with us regarding fees for early check-in. check-out is at 10:00 am. a $100 fee will be charged for every 20 minutes past 10:00 am. after 1:00 pm, an additional one night’s fee will be automatically charged to your account plus the applicable late fee, only the number guests listed in reservation are permitted to be on property unless host is notified and approves additional guests in advance, please be sure to respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after dark. quiet hours are strictly enforced. please do not play music through your own speakers, we use decibel sensors inside and outside of the property that are not capable of recording audio but instead notify hosts if the noise is sustained above 50 decibels inside and 30 decibels outside. normal conversation will not trigger alerts, there are security cameras on the exterior of the property to ensure security. there are no security cameras installed in the interior of the house, we do monitor the outdoor cameras during quiet hours or when the noise levels get too high and may reach out to you if you are in violation, no smoking is permitted inside the home. smoking is only allowed outside, all windows/doors must be closed, and all butts disposed of properly. if there is any odor of smoke at the property, you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee, do not leave heat/ac on while windows/doors are left open, vomit or stool on the property is considered a biohazard cleaning. you will be charged a $200 fee if vomit or stool is found, • pre-approved early check in fee is $100, • pre-approved late check out fee (up until noon) is $100, • bag/luggage drop off is $50, • unauthorized late check out (between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.), early check in, or pet fee $500, there is a pet fee of $100 per pet and this fee covers up to two pets. small dogs are acceptable, please do not be disruptive to neighbors, do not re-arrange furniture, we want you to enjoy your time at our property, and if you have any questions prior to or during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us. thank you for choosing our home for your next vacation!guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, managed by a private host
