Large loft with bunk beds and futon to sleep and for kids to watch tv. Home is centrally located to charming Downtown Portola, and Feather river is walking distance away . A short drive to historic city of Graeagle and Lake Davis. Pick your outdoor adventure with golf, Paddle boarding, hiking , mountain biking , and world class fishing all around. There are two full time tenants that live above our detached garage. There is no shared space with them and they keep to them selves.
