Located on the 4th floor of the Gaslamp City Square complex with pool and spa, fitness center and barbecue area secluded in our building's private central courtyard. Kitchen just updated with a full suite of Top-of-the-Line KitchenAid stainless steel appliances (Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Counter-depth French Door Refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker). The entire building is Access Controlled (fob required for all entry doors and elevators) for extra security. Designated parking space included. Pet friendly, with approval (building allows up to two "35 lb. pets", just not on the pool deck or central courtyard please). Trolley line is 2 blocks away with connection to Amtrak and Coaster. Old Town Trolley stop right across the street.
