The Carriage House at Villa Casa Romantica is a well appointed 1500 square foot, second story guest house with enormous appeal. It is separate building from the main house. From the moment you walk in, you will experience a delight that will make your stay more than just comfortable - unforgettable.
This secluded home can accommodate four people with one king-size bed in the large bedroom, two twin beds in the living area, and two full baths. Situated down an extensive gated driveway, within four oak-studded acres, it is a great launching point for all that Auburn and its surrounding area have to offer. Take a quiet stroll among the vines in the Petite Sarah vineyard where you might spot a flock of wild turkeys, enjoy a beverage as you lounge comfortably by the oversized pool and hot tub, or cozy up on your private patio with love seat, chair and dining table with views of the pool. Pool is swimmable May - Sept. You can prepare your meals in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, take advantage of the covered BBQ area, or explore some of the many excellent nearby restaurants. We have a bocce ball / petanque court on the property for you to enjoy with a glass of wine.

The property sits along the Placer County Wine trail and is walking distance from the most celebrated winery in the area. The plethora of outdoor activities include: all manner of water activities along the American River or one of the many nearby lakes; a seemingly endless choice of breathtaking hikes from easy strolls to endurance runs; or a round of golf at one of several highly-rated golf courses.
