Summary: The location is great and the owners pleasant but unfortunately the room was very noisy. Anyone moving around upstairs, or alarms were heard in our downstairs room as if in our room. There was also a dog that barked for some time each afternoon. I also have to say that the water took so long to become warm that I was very concerned about water usage.
