The Paraíso Del Mar vacation home is located 3/4 a mile from Torrey Pines State Beach/State Reserve, it’s a twenty-minute drive to Downtown San Diego and a five-minute drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course and the quaint seaside village of Del Mar where you’ll find local coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, popular beaches, unique boutiques and the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Thoroughbred Club and Racetrack.
This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are several beautiful and comfortable seating and entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space is well landscaped with a furnished foyer, kitchen with built-in BBQ and fire pit, patio lights, outdoor lounge and table for al fresco dining. Inside, you’ll love the large, well-appointed kitchen that has all you’ll need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There are two separate and spacious living rooms and the formal dining room seats 8 guests.
The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and a Murphy bed with a full-size mattress and is accessible through the main house and also has a separate entrance. This suite has a kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. The two guest bedrooms in the hallway have queen size beds that share a full bathroom. A queen size self-inflating air mattress and 2 single futons are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
There is parking available for up to 2 cars on the right side of the driveway and free on street parking. Please note that there is a permanent tenant in the separate downstairs unit of the home that parks on the left side of the driveway.
