Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours:
The maximum occupancy at Celia's Garden is 6 people. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.
Parking: There is parking for one car in the carport behind the house. Two or three cars can park in front of the house by the fence on Ross Road. Please do not park on the street in front of the car port. This can inadvertently block the neighbor from entering and exiting his garage.
RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance

Radiant floor heat warms your toes first and the whole house with ease.
A/C:
The house does not have air conditioning. Being near the coast, the night time temps drop and just opening some windows is usually enough to cool the house.
Stairs:
The main door to the house is on the same level as the carport, but there's a gentle slope to the property, so other doors and decks have several steps. Inside the house is all one level.
EV Outlet: There is a 220V outlet in the carport, no charging cord is provided.
Fencing:
The yard is mostly fenced with plans for additional fencing down the road
About the TV: No cable. Streaming services including Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+. Bring your own logins for other streaming services.
Property Updates:
Quite a bit of fantastic work has been done in the garden since these photos were taken! There is now a fence along the back of the property adding privacy for the hot tub area. A flagstone patio wraps around the hot tub to the concrete patio and outdoor dining. An abundance of native and pollinator plants are filling in and more are on the way! We're excited to take new photos as the yard fills in and grows!
