We have a one-car parking space with plenty of street parking and close proximity to Citrus Heights Town Center.
The Space:
Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both beds a full/queen and we have 2 slider doors that take you to the spacious backyard.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and you may use the garage for parking
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and nearby parks. We are 15/20 minutes away from Downtown Sacramento and 15 minutes away from Roseville, CA. Come stay with us and be in the middle of all Sacramento has to offer!
Getting Around:
We have a driveway parking spot available and street parking. We do have a limit of 2 vehicles per stay. We also provide parking in the garage.
Other Things to Note:
A landscaper may enter the backyard for regular maintenance between the hours of 8 and 5pm, intermittently.
NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
Interaction with Guests:
We are less than 2 miles away if needed, but we do usually give guests space and privacy.
