Walk to restaurants, CVS, Ralph's, stores and bars. Recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, new carpet, tile, and bathroom sinks and hardware. Leather couch and chairs. King bed in master, with new mattress and new queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Owner uses condo, but will rent occasionally during the year. The building doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans in the closets.

Summary: My expectations given the price we paid were too high. Both screen windows were torn and the primary bedroom TV did not work. There wasn’t a tv in the second bedroom. The property was very dated and in average condition compared to other properties we’ve stayed at. However, it appeared to be par the area. There was not an in-unit laundry like the profile leads you to believe and the second bathroom is really small with the sink weirdly located in the closet. The weekend we stay there was a little on the warm side and we could have benefited from an air conditioner of which there was none. Where the unit is located near the beach is ideal. A little noisy but not bad.
