Beautiful private patio with fire pit/BBQ for your enjoyment and relaxation. Studio is attached to the main house, has a wall in between and has a separate entrance. We use the garage for our entrance so you have your privacy. Washer and dryer available. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Only 5 minutes drive to downtown Santa Barbara, less than a mile to Montecito.
Close to 101 freeway, short drive to beach, restaurants, and across the street to park and tennis courts with pickle ball. City bike rentals one block away. Off street parking for one car. P.S. there is some freeway noise outside but very minimal inside. Please no Smoking inside or the patio.
