All decorated in an upscale beach theme. There is a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall and has a walk in shower.
This unit has a private gas BBQ, a large outdoor table, washer and dryer, and all you need for the beach, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for your use.
Perfect location next to the best beach area for swimming, boogie boarding and surfing, sandcastle building, and tide pools. Check out the tide pools under the pier at low tide, see the sea anemones, crabs and other sea life.
We are walking distance to the main street Newport Ave. with all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are lots of new breweries and restaurants with rooftop decks.
Close to the longest concrete pier in Southern California and great tide pools. The pier has great fishing and a nice cafe with stunning views.
5 minutes to picturesque Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. 10 minutes to Cabrillo National Monument and Sea World, 15 minutes to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and the San Diego Zoo.
