The Space:
This fully renovated home blends classic Carmel charm with modern updates and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The spacious covered patio overlooks the Santa Lucia Mountain range and serves as the heart of the home. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, side burner, refrigerator, ice maker, and a 75-inch television for watching sporting events or movies outdoors. A large dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, while the separate sunken fire pit creates the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the peaceful mountain views.
For golfers, families, and kids, the property also features a large putting green ideal for putting practice, cornhole, and yard games. Three outdoor ceiling heaters help keep the covered patio warm and comfortable during cool Carmel evenings.
Inside, the primary kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, oils, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Large 16-foot sliding doors open directly to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
All four bedrooms feature new mattresses, luxury linens, televisions, and strong high-speed internet. Two of the bedrooms open directly to a peaceful Zen garden, offering a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, tea, or an evening glass of wine.
The living and dining rooms feature classic Carmel-style ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth and character to the home. Guests in the primary suite can enjoy the relaxing sound of the outdoor water fountain simply by opening the windows.
We love well-behaved furry family members. Please contact us prior to booking for pet approval. A pet fee applies, and most stays are limited to one dog unless otherwise approved.

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor living spaces, with the exception of the owner’s closet located in the garage.

The property offers ample parking, including space large enough for two SUVs or a Sprinter van. A Tesla charger is also available in the garage for guest use.
