Conveniently located in between downtown restaurants/nightlife and the beach cities, with a 5-minute drive to the majestic Sunset Cliffs natural park (see pic in photos). Extremely accessible to and from San Diego International Airport as well, with less than 5-minute drive (see pic in photos).
The space
Enjoy the charms of the classic Spanish Style like the terracotta roof, interior and exterior arches, and Saltillo tiles and mixed with brand new hardwood flooring. Designed for modern living and entertainment, this Bungalow features an theater room with a custom 50” TV, spacious living room with built-in wine rack & bar next to fireplace, and an indoor & outdoor dining experience with full kitchen, BBQ and firepit. The Home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with over 1813 sq. ft. of living space on a 5,000 sq. ft. lot. Master bedroom has private bathroom with luxury walk in shower. The other full bathroom is shared and connects the other two bedrooms. There is a half bathroom next to the theater room.
This is a very quiet upscale neighborhood. Partying is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
