The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining.
If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrives. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the bbq grill after use. If grill is not cleaned there will be an additional $200 grill cleaning charge.
