A short bike ride and you are in Pismo, Grover beach or Arroyo Grande. A quick car ride will take you to Avila beach and Shell beach. Venture a little further with a 15-20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo SLO, Cayucos or Morro Bay.
This beautiful upstairs condo is within 100 yards of the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, more commonly known as the Pismo sand dunes. An Unlimited Daily pass is provided to drive your vehicle onto the beach and to the dunes. Bring or rent an ATV for a thrilling day on the sand, watch the sunset from the Pismo Beach Pier three miles north, take a driving tour of the local wineries, or tee off at one of several golf courses (including Avila Beach, Blacklake, Cypress Ridge, Monarch Dunes, and Pismo Beach) within a 10-mile radius.
