Laundry facilities are on-site. On the living level there is a working fireplace, Dish TV, DVD player and CD music system, and wireless internet. On the lower level there is a second fireplace, Dish TV, VCR/DVD and a classic collection of DVDs and VHS movies. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is outdoor parking for three cars only.
