Nestled at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will minutes from the freeway with nearby access to grocery (Costco/Walmart/Raley's), shopping (Sunrise Marketplace at Birdcage), and walking trails (Stock Ranch Nature Preserve).
Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a sliding door leads to an outside dining table and BBQ underneath a gazebo for shaded outdoor dining. The kitchen island has bar seating overlooking the game room and a second patio adjacent to the pool.
