The Space:
Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, ricecooker, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.
Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full size crib. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably!
We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) full size crib for the little ones to sleep in comfort, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!
Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach.
We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent.
Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun!

Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.
Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.
There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round.
