Enjoy rocking chairs or benches inside screened porches. Front & backyard are fenced in for pets. Very well heated and cooled for year-round lodging. (FREE INTERNET), Ruko TV/movies, ATARI video games & work place desk. This lake front property is walking distance to the community park that has, a large fishing dock, boat slip and swimming area. (Boats, Kayaks, canoes & meeting hall for rent for events). Lake Tawakoni State park is near by. You can also visit flea markets & antique shops in the area.
