Summary: We made reservations and contacted the resort to request rooms of two couples close together. When I checked in second, there was no mention that we had made request to be close together. I was told that the closest we could get was at least two buildings away. Trying to find out The menus at the restaurants on site was nearly impossible without taking a trip to the restaurant first. Their website did not have a full menu also. When trying to contact anyone at the resort, the phone call made took multiple minutes before receiving someone on the other line. I do believe that this resort due to the lack of parking close to anywhere other than maybe the rooms, needed to have a direct line to theshuttle service.. the shuttle personnel were very friendly and very helpful, but the phone call had to go through their normal phone system and the delays were unnecessary.
