You'll be staying in a studio guest house walking distance to UC Davis Med Center, Broadway Triangle District, biking distance to Midtown, and a 10 min drive to Downtown. We are centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer! Flooded with tons of natural light, our bright bungalow can accommodate a solo traveler or a couple/ friends for the weekend. The space:
A newly restored 1920s, detached studio guest house is perfect for a single traveler or a weekend stay for two! Our Casita has a queen bed, a fully stocked kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, induction plug-in stovetop, toaster oven). We provide Nespresso pods for your morning brew (or per request local coffee beans from Naked Coffee for your french press) that you can enjoy in your back patio bistro or front patio Acapulco chairs before a luxe shower! The studio features a cozy indoor fireplace for a perfect rest. So many local cafes, restaurants, and shops just blocks away. Come enjoy our modern boho meets luxe, tiny house retreat!

Private entry, self check in/out as well as a designated parking spot. Front and back patio outdoor spaces.

The casita bungalow really is a tiny house at approximately 216 sq./ ft with additional small uncovered patio space in front and back. It's small and cozy yet very functional and efficient with a closet, above closet storage, and shelves. It's detached from our family's 1920’s bungalow yet has a private feel with your own entry to come and go as you please.
Please note: *May-Septemer 2022- We are currently listing our main home attached to the tiny house on Airbnb for guests. You each have the same privacy and entry.
As much as we love sharing our guest home with you, our backyard is not accessible. We have small hypoallergenic dogs who will only use our private spaces while you are staying with us. Due to safety and liability please do not interact with our dogs. Short-term rental only. Potential for usual city neighborhood sounds and medical helicopters from nearby hospital.
