Nestled at the base of the Trinity Alps and just 15 minutes to Trinity Lake, the Alps Lake Chalet is perfectly situated for hikes, trail fun, a day on the lake or challenging your friends in our game room. Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun...not to mention plenty of parking for your friends, boat or atv trailers.
The King sized master is located on the first floor with a shared ensuite. Upstairs is a large room with a Queen and daybed with trundle, excellent for families. Enjoy the privacy of your own covered deck. There is a second Queen bed in the loft area upstairs along with a kid's corner with toys. We've converted our huge garage into a game room with it's own bunk room with 4 twin beds.
Our game room boasts a second living room with cable TV and DVD, pool table, foos ball, air hockey table, double basketball hoop war, plus we have an outdoor basketball hoop and outdoor games to enjoy. Please note, it is a converted garage, perfect for hours of fun. We do have a space heater and some rugs, but you will want to dress accordingly in the colder months and be aware of uneven floors. While we have plans to fully insulate and add more accommodating heating, parents should be aware there are still dangers to small children.
On the main floor we have a large table to fit your guests, leather living room seating and a hutch full of games, puzzles and books. The covered patio has French doors to add even more space for guests. We have a couple outdoor tables and chair sets for summer and a propane grill.
Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials (pots, pans, bakeware, service for 12, serving utensils, even a crockpot and electric grill). While it looks cool, please be aware the indoor grill is NOT in working order. Please do not attempt to use. Also the refrigerator is not currently hooked up to water. Feel free to add cubed ice to dispense on the door.
