This working ranch/farm sits on 50 rolling acres literally surrounded by the most sought after vineyards and wineries in the Shenandoah Valley. There is almost 10 acres of Zinfandel grapes maintained and harvested by Deaver Winery on the property itself. The property is within walking distance to some of the best wineries in the area. Just to name a few: Borjon, Karmere, Cooper, Terra D’Oro, Helwig, Andis, Villa Toscano and the list goes on! You don’t want to pass this one up. There are three friendly horses and cows that live on the property along with two old rustic barns and much more! Feel free to message with any questions!
