The Space:
This unit is known for its central location in the Gaslamp district in the bustling city of San Diego. We stock premium coffee for those early mornings or enjoy a delicious hot tea while you relax after an adventure in the city or day at the beach. We provide Lux towels, linens, and toiletries. The complex has a gym and wonderful outdoor space that’s great to enjoy a meal.
Guest Access:
You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, including the range, microwave, dishes and refrigerator. This unit features a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space. Towels (2 bath, 2 hand, 2 face per guest) , linens (comforter, sheets and pillow cases), bedding (large pillows, comforter and sheets, per bed), and toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap and premium tissues per bath) are all provided.
The Neighborhood:
The Gaslamp Quarter is a lively downtown neighborhood, known for its nightlife and history. Clubs, dive bars, and cocktail lounges draw a young crowd, while the Spreckels and Balboa theaters have diverse programs of music, comedy and drama. Just a few blocks away is the USS Midway Museum, which is a historical naval aircraft carrier museum, located downtown at Navy Pier.

Pets must be registered at the time of booking. Registration includes a $350 Pet fee and written confirmation from the host.
No USPS Mailbox Deliveries: Guests are not permitted to have mail sent to the property’s USPS mailbox. Any mail delivered to the USPS mailbox will be discarded or returned to the sender.
Parking is available off site
Parking is $200 per full calendar month in advance. It is not prorated for any days. The parking structure is located 1 block away (2 min walk) at 614 Market St San Diego CA 92101
