Summary: Our travel was business and it was my first experience staying in a keyless Inn in the US. Everything went very well, and communication by text messaging was not a problem at all. Any questions I had were responded to immediately. The room was small, and my only thought was wishing there was a chair to sit on in there. The lounge common area provided that space and the coffee/tea counter was clean, offering everything needed. The bonus of our stay was the location! It is out of the bustle of the downtown area, easy pick up by Uber, and walking distance to outstanding eateries in Little Italy or Chinatown. HUGE!
