Concrete stairs lead directly down to the River with a seasonal concrete dock. There are kayaks, a canoe, and inflatable flotation devices. Located within minutes of town, shopping, and Northwood Golf Club – an Alister MacKenzie designed nine-hole golf course, hiking trails, and the Pacific Ocean. The house has more than 5000 square feet of living area. A wonderful place for group activities, but large enough for everyone to have their own space to relax and enjoy.
