Perched at the top of the ridge that separates the town of Cambria from the Pacific Ocean, this lovely split-level home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and features 270° views, from the Fiscalini Ranch to the southeast to the Piedras Blancas lighthouse to the northwest. Because of the unique location, you can watch sunrise and sunset from different parts of the house. Relax in the bright and airy great room, which offers wonderful views of birds and other wildlife playing in the nearby trees, the hamlet of Cambria, and the hills and Santa Lucia mountains beyond. The living room includes a 65-inch OLED TV with a state-of-the-art sound system and gas fireplace that can easily heat up the great room and the upper bedroom. The primary bedroom is a haven, with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and a deck to take in ocean views; the colors at twilight are a sight to behold! The large windows are shaded by light-filtering blinds; open the windows at night and be lulled to sleep by the sound of crashing waves in the comfortable Queen bed. The “Aloha” bedroom downstairs also has a Queen bed, which opens out onto a small deck leading into the charming backyard garden. Downstairs also features the small 3rd bedroom/study with a pull-out full-size sofa and a full bathroom between the two bedrooms.
